Wild Caught Swordfish Steaks

Swordfish steaks have thick, extra firm white meat, with an exceptionally moist and mild flavor. Their excellent white, meaty flesh is low in fat.

The elongated upper jaw of the swordfish represents up to one-third of its total length!

These fish live in deep waters around the world and are known as both culinary and game fish. They occasionally migrate into northern European seas, but are more commonly found in Mediterranean. They can grow to an enormous size, sometimes weighing up to 600 kg / 1. 320 lb.
