Hand-Made High Carbon Steel Kitchen Knife

A really useful and versatile carbon steel knife in any kitchen. Perfect for cutting, chopping, slicing and mincing.

It has a hand-made high carbon steel blade of either six or eight inches in length, two and half in width and 1/16th in thickness, with an orange/olive oil finish.

The metal of the blade extends through the full length of the handle as a “full tang” knife which gives a good balance of weight in addition to ensuring an overall strength.
